In yesterday’s blog, i created a video talking about my decision to invest in a teeth whitening product. As i mentioned in the video, a friend of mine had invested in it himself about a year ago and having seen his results for myself. I have to say that it indeed does work.
It seemed to have removed one particular tooth stain which he had that was noticeable. But you’re probably wondering, why it’s taken me this long to do it myself. Well in fairness, my biggest apprehension was that it would do more harm than good to your teeth.
But it wasn’t until i looked further into it when i realised that in actual fact, it doesn’t. I will go into detail as to why it doesn’t in future posts, but for now, i will go on to talk about the brand i will be using which will hopefully whiten my teeth, and in doing so, document the process from start to finish.
The brand i will be using is ‘Crest White Strips’ which is the most popular brand available for teeth whitening in the United States. At present, they are not available to buy in the UK so had to order them from an online resellers. It works by applying the strips on both the top and bottom areas of your mouth and to let it set for about 20 minutes before removing them. This is repeated each day for around 10 days.
It is mentioned that you start to see results within the 5th day. So hopefully if all goes to plan, i will plan to show the transformation of my teeth after the fifth video.
The idea of tooth stain removal for me at this point is simple, to simply follow the procedures that is mentioned in the product and to see if it works. I can confirm based on my observations however that home whitening does indeed work. And having seen it through a friend with my own eyes, and would recommend it to anyone wishing to whiten their teeth at home.
Here is an official ‘how to’ video that illustrates exactly how the Strips work:
Thanks for this awsome article. Where else could anyone get that kind of information in such a perfect way of writing? I am on the look for such information, as I have a presentation next week.
